Our dental care plan includes preventive, basic, major and orthodontia coverage levels.
Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance, and Business Travel Accident Coverage
Traditional coverage includes 2x annual salary as basic life insurance and accidental death and business accident insurance policies at no cost to the employee. Supplemental insurance is available for employees and dependents.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage
We provide both Short-Term and Long-Term Disability benefits at no cost to the employee.
Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
This allows for tax benefit since expenses are deducted from gross wages prior to taxes being levied.
Retirement Savings Plan / 401(k)
Our plan allows you to contribute the maximum allowed by IRS limits of your total compensation and we will match 100% of the first 4% you contribute on a before-tax basis.
Vacation & Paid Time Off
The amount of vacation is based on job level and years of service. The initial amount of vacation eligibility for new hires is prorated based on hire date for that year.

We have eleven paid holidays to use throughout the year.
