We are focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of compounds to treat nervous system diseases and disorders, our core therapeutic focus. We selectively seek strategic alliances and collaborations that will complement our internal efforts and product development strategy.

We are receptive to inquiries regarding potential alliances or collaborations, with particular interest in our Phase 2 product candidates in development in inflammatory disorders (initial Phase 2 studies in asthma and type 2 diabetes) and gastrointestinal disorders (gastrointestinal motility disorders such as gastroparesis), as well as our late-preclinical program for Parkinson's disease/Levodopa-induced dyskinesias.
